About

We are a grassroots coalition of parents, business leaders, and neighbors working to pass the $320.5 million NHCS School Bond on November 3, 2026 so every school in the county is safer and stronger.

Why This Bond Matters

Many of our schools are decades old, with safety, space, and maintenance problems our kids and teachers face every day. This bond rebuilds, repairs, and replaces schools across the county.

Every student will benefit, not just a few.

And it’s a smart deal: if it passes, private funding will contribute up to $116 million towards the County’s debt which lowers our overall tax burden.

This is a forward-thinking commitment that strengthens our community and builds a stronger, more resilient future for everyone in New Hanover County.
